During these challenging times, caregivers are feeling more isolated and alone than EVER. We KNOW that we can help each other to get through this TOGETHER. After all, we know and DO HARD things every day.
We know that caregivers have many other responsibilities, too … and even in the best of times, this can cause compassion fatigue, which is this week’s topic.
