How can you be a champion for your employees?
The pandemic has intensified feelings of uncertainty and stress. Many employees have concerns about their mental health and well-being. As leaders, you understand that employees are people and have lives beyond the workplace. We are all struggling. In fact, according to the U.S. Census Bureau’s Household Pulse Survey, in January 2021, 41% of adults reported symptoms of anxiety or depressive disorder (compared with just 11% in June 2019 based on the CDC’s National Health Interview Survey).
Courage to Caregivers can be a resource for you and your team - to help your employees be the best versions of themselves. Our programs educate employees on mental health and well-being in new ways to evaluate, manage and succeed in their daily lives. We cannot remove or take away stress, but we can provide portable and sustainable tools for coping with stress. These tools include all of the key elements to build resilience, such as understanding stress and burnout and maintaining healthy work-life boundaries.
We are now offering all of our workshops via video conference and can accommodate audiences of any size. Courage to Caregivers offers a variety of workshops based on our core values, current programming and commitment to building resilience among caregivers of all kinds.
